4. Payment Terms and Conditions
4.1. Payments can be made through Cash, Bank transfer, Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, E-Wallet, and Tabby.
4.2. Full payment must be received before the commencement of any training or consultancy service.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1. Users may cancel their registration up to 7 days before the start of the training for a full refund.
5.2. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the training will not be eligible for a refund.
5.3. Cancellations must be made by emailing info@dubaidost.com.
5.4. When canceling, you must state your full name, student registration number, and the reason for cancellation.
5.5. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request.
6. Price and Payment
6.1. All prices are quoted in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).
6.2. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
7. Terms of Supply
7.1. The Academy will supply the training and consultancy services as described on our website.
8. Availability and Delivery
8.1. The availability of training and consultancy services is subject to change.
8.2. Training materials will be delivered electronically unless otherwise specified.
9. Your Obligations

9.2. Users must not engage in any behavior that disrupts the training environment.
10. Absenteeism from Class
10.1. Users are expected to attend all scheduled classes.
10.2. Absenteeism without prior notice may result in being removed from the training program without a refund.

11.1. All intellectual property rights in the training materials, content, business model, operating model, strategies, techniques, and other proprietary information provided by the Academy are owned by the Academy.
11.2. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal, non-commercial use only.
