1. 1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website www.dubaidost.com and the services provided by the Academy. By registering, accessing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

   2.1. “Academy” refers to Dost Global Academy.
   2.2. “Company” refers to Dost Professional Training Services FZCO.
   2.3. “Services” refer to the professional training and consultancy services offered by the Academy.
   2.4. “User” or “You” refers to any individual accessing or using the services.
   2.5. “Agreement” refers to these Terms and Conditions.
3. 3. Scope of Services
   3.1. The Academy provides professional training and consultancy services including online live sessions, classroom training, and corporate consultancy.
4. 4. Eligibility
   4.1. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, and by using the website, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
5. 5. Payment Terms
   5.1. Payments can be made through cash, bank transfer, credit card, debit card, PayPal, e-wallets, Tabby, or Tamara.
   5.2. Full payment must be received prior to the commencement of any training or consultancy service.
6. 6. Pricing
   6.1. All prices are quoted in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and are subject to change without prior notice.
7. 7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
   7.1. Users may cancel their registration up to seven days before the start of the training or service to receive a full refund.
   7.2. Cancellations made less than seven days before the start date will not be eligible for a refund.
   7.3. Cancellation requests must be sent through the registered email to info@dubaidost.com including the user’s full name, registration number, and reason for cancellation.
   7.4. Refunds will be processed within fourteen business days from the date of approval.
8. 8. Service Delivery and Availability
   8.1. The Academy will deliver services as per the scheduled dates and timings published or as mutually agreed.
   8.2. The Academy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions in case of trainer unavailability, medical emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, and users will be informed accordingly.
   8.3. Training materials will be delivered electronically unless otherwise specified.
9. 9. User Obligations
   9.1. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
   9.2. Users must maintain professionalism and respect trainers and other participants during sessions.
   9.3. Any misconduct or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from the training without any refund.
10. 10. Attendance Policy
    10.1. Users are expected to attend all scheduled sessions.
    10.2. Absenteeism without prior notice may result in removal from the training program without refund.
11. 11. Certification and Delivery
    11.1. Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of the full course.
    11.2. Digital certificates will be issued within two working days and physical certificates will be issued within seven working days after course completion.
    11.3. Users may collect their certificates from the Academy’s office in Dubai free of charge.
    11.4. Users may request courier delivery within the UAE or internationally, subject to availability, and all courier charges shall be borne by the user.
    11.5. The Academy shall not be liable for failed delivery due to user unavailability or any additional courier charges.
12. 12. Fees, Pricing and Discounts
    12.1. All training and consultancy fees, pricing structures, and discounts are determined solely by the Academy and may change without prior notice.
13. 13. Intellectual Property Rights
    13.1. All training materials, content, templates, strategies, and proprietary information remain the intellectual property of Dost Global Academy.
    13.2. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, reselling, or sharing such materials without prior written consent.
    13.3. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
14. 14. Website Usage License
    14.1. The Academy grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the website for personal purposes only.
15. 15. Acceptable Use
    15.1. Users must not use the website in any way that causes damage or disrupts accessibility.
    15.2. Users must not upload or transmit any malicious software or unlawful content.
16. 16. Confidentiality
    16.1. Users agree to keep all information received from the Academy confidential and not disclose it to any third party.
